- NCAS offers a full range of support both online and through our toll free service center. These options are here to help you understand your benefits, answer service questions and assist in accessing the care needed by you or your family member. The easiest way to access information specific to your plan is to log into your "My NCAS Account". A link has been provided on the member page for your login using your member number on your Member Identification Card. Benefit information, claims history, commonly requested forms and links to other providers such as dental, vision and pharmacy are accessible 24/7 online.
- To find a provider in your network, Click Provider Networks and locate your specific network as indicated on your Member Identification Card. This section provides the most up-to-date listing of both primary and specialty providers for your specific network.
- A link to frequently needed Forms is also provided for your convenience. Forms such as student verification for student dependents or to submit an out of network claim can be found in this section.
