Welcome to the NCAS Member community! Your employer has entrusted NCAS to provide administrative services for you and your covered family members. Our team of experienced service professionals are focused on ensuring you can easily access benefits and know where to turn with questions or concerns.
  • NCAS offers a full range of support online and by phone at our toll-free service center number. Members can log on to the website or call the toll-free number for help in understanding your benefits, answering service questions and assisting you or your family member in accessing the care you need. Benefit information, claims history and links to other providers such as dental, vision and pharmacy are accessible 24/7 online. To access information specific to your plan online, please log in to your “My NCAS Account” through the link above.

  • To locate a provider in your network, select Provider Networks above and log in to your “My NCAS Account.” You will be able to locate your plan’s network, which is printed on your Member Identification Card. This section provides the most up-to-date listing of both primary and specialty providers for your specific network.

  • Frequently used Forms are also available for your convenience. Forms used for student verification for student dependents or to submit an out of network claim can be found in this section.
