Our focus at NCAS is to help you make the best benefit choices while providing the highest quality service for both you and your employees.
By logging into "My NCAS Account" - your online community - you can access a number of administrative tools and reports that make it easy to manage your employee benefits. Confidential and secure administrative user names and passwords are provided directly to you by your dedicated NCAS service team. Additionally, your Account Manager and service team are available to help should you need further assistance on the online tools that provide an additional level of access at your convenience.
Encourage your employees to take advantage of the "My NCAS Account". Benefit information, enrollment, claims history and frequently requested forms are available online 24/7. The most frequently asked question – “Is my doctor in the network?” – can be easily answered by accessing the provider network listings.
For those who prefer, our Customer Service Center is also available with knowledgeable Service Representatives to help with questions or concerns. The phone number is listed on the back of the Member Identification Card.
