For general inquiries, please call the Provider toll-free number located on the back of the member’s identification card.
To submit claims and correspondence, please mail to the address printed on the back of the member’s identification card.
If you are a provider and are currently sending paper claims, we encourage you to submit claims electronically via Emdeon using our Electronic Payer ID, which is 75190. This will expedite claims processing and payment.
For your convenience, NCAS offers a full range of online support tools that are accessible 24/7. The easiest and quickest way to access information on claims status, payment and eligibility confirmation is to log in to your "My NCAS Account." Currently, all providers will need two (2) accounts to access their information online. For ease of access, both links to your “My NCAS Account“ have been provided on this page.
Providers should already have access to the existing Self-Service account. We now request that you register for a new account on LIN. It is a simple process that should take no more than a few minutes to set up. A link to LIN has been provided on the left-hand side menu bar. You will need the following information to register:
- Contact Full Name
- Email Address
- Tax Identification No. (TIN) of the facility
Once your setup is complete, you will be able to access your information on LIN and may also continue using the Self-Service site.
